If you would like to make your new experience available to the VRdirect App user base, please follow the below workflow. 

1. Create a Publishing Slot

Create a new slot on the Slots screen. 

2. Fill in Slot information

Edit Title, Author and Description which will be displayed in the Main Menu of the VRdirect App. Do not forget to save your information.

3. Upload Preview Image

To upload a preview image which will also be visible on the Main Menu, click on Upload image in the cuboid symbol (top left). Please note that the ideal resolution of the preview image should be 1024 x 542 pixels. Select an image and upload it. 

4. Upload Project

Now you can upload the experience project that you had created on the VRdirect Builder via Cinex Authoring. Select the saved or exported Viond poject and click on Begin Upload. You will receive feedback regarding the success or failure of the upload. 

5. Preview from the cloud

To ensure the experience looks the way you expect it, go ahead and preview the uploaded draft version. Click on Preview Draft and scan the displayed QR Code using a QR Code scanner app on your smartphone. Make sure that you have installed the latest version of the VRdirect App. Please note that the link/qr code will only work for one preview. You will see a toast "Preview Link is not valid." if the link has already been used. In this case close the window and generate another preview link by clicking on Preview Draft. 

6. Request to Publish

If you are satisfied with your current draft, you can request a publish of it to the VRdirect App. Our support team will receive your request, review the content and inform you of the outcome in a timely manner. Please note that a request takes usually about 2 working days to be processed.

7. Get a notification

If you receive an e-mail from our support team that your publish request was successful, you will immediately see your experience in the Main Menu of the VRdirect App. Congratulations!  Everyone shall now enjoy your amazing experience!
