Interactive 360 experiences
A 360 interactive experience is a mix of 360 videos an images, 3D audio, and also traditional videos, images and audio. It gives the user the power to interact and to make the experience it's own. Be it by navigating the experience at its own pace, deciding the outcome of the experience or getting the information that they needs when they needs it.
Sometimes we call 360 interactive experiences "cinex", as short for "cinematic experience".
Once you can add interactivity, the possibilities are endless. You can take the user on a touristic or real-state tour. You can tell a creative story in an innovative way. You can present a product in an engaging way to the potential customer. You can teach profiting from the advantages of 360 content without the limitations of linear video.
What you do is up to your imagination.
Try out a 360 interactive experience
The easiest way to try a 360 interactive experience is to install the VRdirect App, available for both Android and iOS in the stores. Open the app and download or stream one of the experiences. A interesting example is the Office Tour, a visit to our old offices in Munich.
